Our first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This two year old lambic rested in an Oloroso Sherry cask of more than thirty years,
where it developed its deep, vinous character. During the blending of Lambic’ado, we chose this exceptional lambic to bottle it as it was, in order to
