A blend of Mirabelle plums from Lorraine and apricots from the Rhône Valley, macerated separately in two-year-old lambic. An intensely fruity and playful beer where apricot and mirabelle are beautifully balanced, creating a delightful harmony between freshness, fruitiness, and richness.

1x Pecharina
A blend of peaches and vine peaches crafted through a double maceration and fermented with indigenous yeasts. A round and fruity cuvée dominated by peach and nectarine, with a beautiful, lingering finish.

1x Musca’bella
Mirabelle plums from Lorraine and Belgian Muscaris grapes, processed using double maceration for intense fruit expression. A hybrid between wine and beer—fresh, aromatic, and generously fruity.
