Following the traditional process of a kriek beer, we macerate rhubarb for up to six months in young lambic. Afterwards, we add old lambic before bottling. 

The rhubarb is grown at Het Neerhof, the farm where brother Joppe Eylenbosch is responsible for agriculture and livestock.
