Pre-sale - BOX Lambic meets Art [2x75cl]

Be surprised by two new blends from our Barrel series. The Oloroso Single Barrel and Pineau des Charentes. 

Some connect the craft of beer with art, and art is in turn also a craft. Thus, one plus one makes three. To give our new barrel series the respect it deserves, we called upon the help of Lander Cardon: artist, customer, long-time fan, and friend of the house. Together with Lander, we created a special 'art collection', in which Lambic and art go hand in hand... Because let's face it, a good Lambic or Gueuze indeed comes close to art.

This pack can be reserved in pre-sale and will be dispatched at the beginning of May or can be collected from 3rd May 2025.

This pack contains:

1 x Oloroso Single Barrel (2024) - 75 cl (7,00% vol. alc.)
Our first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This two-year-old lambic rested in a more than 30-year-old Oloroso Sherry cask, where it developed its deep, vinous character. When blending Lambic’ado, we chose this exceptional lambic to bottle it pure and thus preserve its pure essence.

1 x Pineau des Charentes (2024) - 75 cl (7,30% vol. alc.)
This Gueuze has received an extra year of wood aging in old oxidative Pineau des Charentes barrels. This years-long oxidative process creates barrels with a unique layering in which lambic likes to nestle.
