A harmonious blend of our traditional cherry lambic with a natural wine made from Muscat Bleu grapes from Wijndomein Hoenshof. The Muscat grapes underwent a three day cold maceration, followed by gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation, and ageing in tank.
Mus’iek opens with notes of spice, rose petals, and raspberry aromas. On the palate it is smooth and fruit forward, with muscat sweetness, fresh lambic acidity, and a soft, rounded finish marked by red fruit and a subtle spicy touch.
