1x Cuvée 2025
A blend of young and old lambics, with a portion aged in sherry casks. A vibrant and rustic cuvée showcasing notes of apricot, green plum, lemon, and oak, followed by an elegant finish.

1x Pecharina
A blend of peaches and vine peaches crafted through a double maceration and fermented with indigenous yeasts. A round and fruity cuvée dominated by peach and nectarine, with a beautiful, lingering finish.

1x Musca’bella
Mirabelle plums from Lorraine and Belgian Muscaris grapes, processed using double maceration for intense fruit expression. A hybrid between wine and beer—fresh, aromatic, and generously fruity.

1x Gewurz
Alsatian Gewürztraminer, cold-macerated and aged for one year alongside old lambics in an oak foeder. An intense and floral blend characterized by exotic fruit, floral notes, and subtle spice.

1x Riesling
Alsatian Riesling, aged for one year with old lambics in an oak foeder and bottle-conditioned. A refined and crisp cuvée with notes of citrus, white fruit, and blossoms, driven by a lovely minerality.
